  • Shipping: 5–10 business days (depends where you are)

Because everything is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item

💥 DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

If we mess up, we fix it. Simple.

Hit us up within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll:

  • Send a replacement or
  • Refund you in full

🚚 SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order disappears into the void:

Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery.
We’ll track it down and sort you out.

Make sure your shipping details are correct.

If your order gets sent back because of a wrong address:

  • You’ll need to cover reshipping

If you’re in the UK/EU, you might see a “2-year warranty” mention.

That’s not a special extra from us — it’s just your legal rights.

What it means:

  • Your item must arrive as described
  • If it’s faulty on arrival, we’ll fix it
